Hey Dave,
Health Insurance has been great for me so far. I focused on Medicare for so long and just recently got into the under 65 market.
I really like it so far.

Who did you sell Auto Insurance through?

I sold with all the non-standard carriers, AIG,Dairyland,Progressive,GMAC(formerly Integon), Victoria, etc. We specialized in Non-standard only. When I sold the Agency we were doing about 10million in annual premium. Not a great profit margin as the operating expenses ate up about 90% of the gross income. I am looking forward to Health insurance business with a low overhead. Any advice?

WEll I spend a lot of time chasing these leads on the phone.
I buy about 50 shared leads per week and I've bene telemarketing 2 hours a day.
Last month I spent around $2,000 in marketing but I made almost $8,500. It was only by 2nd full month in individual health insurance.
I've been doing MED SUPS and never made that much money so I'm pretty excited about it.
